how can i un-disable my apple id?

when i press update on my phone it wont let me update and says that my apple id is disabled

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If it states that it is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact iTunes support: https://getsupport.apple.com
