Google JUST updated Chrome to iOS 11 recently!

Simply pick another Web browser from my list.

There are 9 other popular, up to date, third party Web browsers for iOS 10 and earlier to choose from my list

A Disclaimer.

Apps may or may not have older iOS 9.3.5/10 versions still available from the iOS App Store.

Google may still have an older vesion of their Chrome Web browser still available on Apple’s iOS App Store servers.

There are three ways to try/attempt to get an older version of an app. Pick the method that works best for your situation/circumstances.

If you go to Settings/General/Software Update and there isn't an IOS update, you can't update Safari.

Google chrome is no longer supported on iOS 10. I checked it yesterday and it requires iOS 11 or later

What OS are you using? If less that 10.12, there probably won't be an update.

How old is your iPad?

Safari on either iOS or macOS only gets updated when a new OS system is installed/upgraded/updated.

If you want to use a more, current, up to date Web browser for your iPad running iOS 10.3.3, there are 3rd party Web browsers you can use, instead.
