Screen color
If I had Iphone with a white screen, could I send it to apple to be repaired and request a black screen or would they just replace it with another white screen?

Repair replacement iPhones and iPhone batteries, displays, touch screens et c. are exclusively identical form, fit and function including, by definition, color, as originally purchased.
