Purchase problem

I purchased a item like 4 month ago and I just found out there was apple report a problem but you could only fix the problem before 90 days I was wondering if you could help me fix this

In most cases, Apple won't refund a purchase after 90 days however you could try contacting them at https://getsupport.apple.com

Try contacting iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
