Changing language in Linkedin and Dropbox

I used my wife's iPhone to send a sms in Russian and had to get that language from settings as the phone is normally in English-Finnish. After sending the message I removed Russian from the settings but now Linkedin, Dropbox and Dictator apps have remained Russian. How can I get rid of this?

I have already removed the app Linkedin and Dropbox and re-installed them. After signing in, the language is still Russian.
