WARRANTY NOT SHOWING
I purchased a MacBook Pro 13", 512 GB with Touchbar from Singapore during my recent visit on 29th Jan, 2019, when I tried checking for warranty online through the serial number, it says device not found and no information of purchase is reflecting basis the serial number. Despite adding the date of purchase etc, nothing is showing.
I have the proof of purchase and other details, how should I proceed to claim the warranty on my device in India.
