iphone 6s plus 128 gb constant freezing problem

i have this phone for 2 years and last 2 days i got a problem. phone get freezeing and not response my actions. i reset and applied factory settings. no help.

If you have done all the software resets and restore then only hardware solution remains. Make an appointment with an Apple store or contact your warranty provider.
