Hello, When I click on my photos I can see them all, however when I try to load on to eBay etc, most of my photos are not accessible to load. I have tried everything I can think of. Any ideas? This didn't use to be a problem. Now I can only use my phone.

Apple has killed all integration to outside photo display and social media sites. You'll have to wait until Flickr creates and makes available an extension to work within Photos for uploading. Until then you can go to the site's upload section and thru your browser go to Media ➙ Photos and select the photos from your library. Or you can export them to the Desktop and access them there.
In order to see the photos in the library it must be designated the System Photos Library:
