I am from the Netherlands, I am currently living in Barcelona for 6 months and I would like to buy AirPods. I was wondering if it matters that I will buy them in Spain instead of the Netherlands as all my other apple products are bought in the Netherlands.
I think not, because I will need to configure the AirPods with my device, but I want to be 100% sure before buying.

Even if you purchased an iPhone in Spain, you should have no problem using and/or servicing it in the Netherlands, as both are European Union members.
