Instagram Login

Any suggestions on how to fix this annoying problem, I logged out of my accounts from instagram and when I wanted to login in again all I got was the message "sorry, there was a problem with your request." I did sent myself an email to log back in. I was able to log in through my browser, but when I tried to open it in the app, I got the same message. I'm able to enter my account through my tablet's app, so clearly my account isn't blocked, but my phone is blocked. I tried creating a new account with a new email; it said signup blocked. I tried linking it to a Facebook account and logging in through that; didn't work. I deleted and redownloaded the app; also didn't help.

I can access any account but not my 3 accounts that were logged when I logged out of Instagram

please help
