iMessage is carrier specific issue. Contact the service / agent from you purchased the SIM
Is iMessage activated?
Dear Sir,
I checked with 4 iphone and 1 ipad, iMessage problem is same.
All device's iMessage is activated and long time using.
Please help us to check again.
