Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Someone changed my account information and it is showing that my account is blocked. Please help or assist me to have my account back on my iPhone, It always shows blocked when ever i try to login. I need to test some Apps as I am a iOS developer.
Try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
