Iphone XS battery life from 100% to 96% in just 1 month

I've had my iPhone XS since December 21st and today my battery life has gone from 100% to 96% isn't that absurd? I am not even a heavy user, I've tried everything from the links of performance and battery life.

What should I do??

Do you mean your battery's health is down to 96%? If so, that's based entirely on your usage.
