How to update from 10.3.9 server to 10.4 server?

I found a Power Mac G5 desktop computer in my office running mac os x 10.3.9 server. Is there an update I can download that will upgrade it to 10.4 server? I tried downloading an update on apples website, but it says it cannot update because I don't have server 10.4 already. Please help!
