This include a pdf receipt for charges I never subscribed too. Last time I received one of these, I sent to the phishing at Apple Support email and never received a response. Anyone have any idea what this is?

It's a phishing email.
You won't get a reply from Apple when you forward the emails to them. If you still have the new emails have you also forwarded them to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com ?
