my Apple Watch is frozen

my touch screen is not working and the watch keeps on frozen. what can I do to get it working again

First verify it is not in "Water Lock" mode, by twisting the Digital Crown several full revolutions.

Try a RESET....Hold the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo....then release both.
