Apple watch series 4 suddenly stuck in apple logo while it was charging

I was charging my apple watch. A couple minutes later I tapped on the screen to see if it was done charging, and it was around 80%. Then out of no where the apple logo started to blink even though the watch was on. I tried to force restart it many times but it didn't work. I tried the find iPhone app from my iPhone to play a sound on my watch, but my watch appears like offline. I'm just able to turn it off by holding both buttons at the same time for longer than 10 seconds. I left it off all night, and when I tried to turn it on in the morning, the apple logo started to blink again. I left it blink it for a couple of hours until the battery was dead. Once I started to charge it, the apple logo started to blink again. I don't know what else to do. Please help me. I went to swim with it on two consecutive days for 2 hours, and on the night of the second time I went to swim all this problem happened. Thank you
