Unable to sign out of icloud on iphone
When I try to sign out of Icloud on my iphone is says "Sign out is not available due to restrictions." I am trying to erase my iphone to give it to my sister.

Thanks for the post in Apple Support Communities.
From your post, it sounds like you're unable to sign out of iCloud to erase a device due to restrictions. Do you have the restrictions passcode? If so, try tapping Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. There, turn off "Content & Privacy Restrictions" at the top and you should then be able to sign out: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
