I need help resetting passcode for the parental control please help forgot code

In order to get rid of the parental controls, resetting the Apple TV would be required.

In order to do this go to:

Settings>Reset>Reset All Settings

(Please note that you will need to sign into iTunes again after the reset.)

You may have to reset all settings and start over with new settings for everything on that device.
