What was the iPhone doing at the time?
Was it charging?
If so, was it using the originally supplied Apple charger and cable? Was it plugged into a regular wall outlet? Something else?
You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user forum. Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store. I'm sure they will want to examine it.
Yeah it was charging with original charger.
I can't because in my country there's not apple store, when I use support they ask me a imei that I can't see because my iPhone is broken
