You can also try swiping down from the top of the screen, then use the search function to look for it.
If necessary, do a backup and try a factory reset.
Check to see if you've hidden it via Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps > Don't Allow (Settings > General > Restrictions on iOS 11 and below)
