Can't access my iTunes account on iTunes V10.7

Can't access my iTunes account on iTunes V10.7, says update to latest version of Windows. I have up to date Win 10 installed

iTunes will be out of date. You need iTunes 12.6.5.3 or 12.7.2.58 or better to be able to work with the iTunes Store due to changes in encryption requirements brought in by the payments industry. See About App Store and iTunes Store availability - Apple Support for background. Visit https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ to download the current version of iTunes.
