How do I stop my Macbook from logging out

I have the Macbook Pro backing up and it keeps wanting to log out. I don't want it to do that because it also stops backing up even though it isn't supposed to do that. I have Mac OS Mohave 10.14.3

MacBook Pro 13", 10.14

  1. Go to the  Apple menu then launch System Preferences.
  2. Choose “Security & Privacy”
  3. Click the “General” tab, Unlock the padlock then choose the “Advanced” button in the lower corner.
  4. Check the box next to “Log out after _ minutes of inactivity” and set your time limit. Or uncheck the box to disable.
