Request refund

I purchased blank amount) of iCloud storage but still ended up having to by wayyyy more iCloud storage.. So, I bought the next available storage option to better suit me needs. But my question is.. Since I purchased both iCloud storage amount within (3-4) hours of each other. How can I get a refund on the 1st) iCloud storage, that ended up not being the right one. And how can I get refunded for a subscription renewal if I no longer used that app after the billing date..?

Contact iCloud contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww


For the app, purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via the above link
