Audible book on IMAC can't share on IPHONE

Hi , I have purchased an audio book and downloaded it to my IMAC. I would like to listen to it on my iPhone, but can't figure out how? Can anyone help me please.

It is in my Audible library, where I can read it at my desktop, but that's not where I want to read it. using audible on iPhone 6s I would like to manipulate listening to an audible book eg being able to fast forward, choosing a chapter to start listening etc which I have uploaded onto an iPhone 6s. Can anyone help?

See Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer - Apple Support. You use the device's audiobooks tab to determine what is synced.
