while importing iPhone photos to PC O.S. windows 10. so far I didn't able to import successfully.... As my storage is almost full my motive here is to copy all the photos to PC to get more free storage in my device

There are three ways you can transfer photos to PC (Windows)
On Explorer ; At the Bottom left Pane > Network > [Select you iPhone]
Simply Click and Drag to a folder on your PC
OR
Through iTunes (If your Photos or not in Synch to iCloud)
Install iTunes on PC (Windows)
Launch iTunes
Select your iPhone device > Photos > Synch Photos
Or
Download iCloud for Windows
Upload your photos and videos to iCloud Photos
You can upload your photos and videos from your PC to iCloud Photos when you follow these steps:
You can also drag and drop photos and videos from your PC into the Uploads folder in iCloud Photos. You can view the photos and videos you uploaded in the Photos app on iCloud.com and on all your Apple devices.
