I set my daughter up with her own Apple ID under Family Sharing. She's signed in on her iPad but her iMessages still come through on my phone and Macbook. Is there a way she can use iMessage but not have it show up on my devices?

After changing it in Settings/FaceTime, did you restart the iPad to see if she sent a message, it was from her ID?
Your previous reply set me on the right track. I had to go to Settings -> Messages -> Send & Receive to sign me out and her in.
I changed the FaceTime to her login but I don't see an option to change it under Settings/Messages. It's an old iPad Mini running iOS 9.3.5
