I have several files, more than 10, on Iomega Zip MAC100 disks. I do not have the driver. Before I search the internet for a device to read these disks, will the aforementioned drive work with my 10.4.2?

If it is USB drive and was designed properly with the USB spec for
Mass Storage Device it may work, but no guarantee.
I had one of those but it had been so long ago I don't recall what they
are like.
Not without a driver. And I doubt there will be a Mojave compatible driver. One never knows however.
