Hey I’ve been having this “The itunes store is unable to process purchases at this time. Please try again later.” pop up every time I try to purchase something in the apple store for weeks now. I have all the newest updates so how do I fix it?

If you've tried rebooting the phone and tried on a different network, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
