No as this is forum of other Apple user’s. Even Apple will not do that. Get the receipt and call Apple.

i don’t remembr the email i have enterd and no body remember what was the email we enterd
Is it possibel for you just to tell me the complete email so i can find a friend who make the apple id for me

Since you are not the original owner of the iPad, your friend will need to find the original purchase receipt and take it with him/her and the iPad to the Apple Store Genius Bar for assistance. Without the purchase receipt, Apple will not help him. They won't help you either and we can't help you. Otherwise, you have a 100% useless device.
You're not writing Apple. This is a user to user only forum. If you don't know how to contact the original owner, then you are completely out of luck and you may as well use the iPad as a paperweight. Again, Apple nor us users can help you.
