Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Trying to complete my apple ID

I put in my Billing address and chose none for payment method and everything checks out, however it keeps saying I need to contact iTunes support to complete this transaction. I am trying to download an app and this is the first time I have done anything through the app store. Wondering if you could point me in the right direction.

To contact iTunes Support as instructed to do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
