How to find the Apple Folio Keyboard Serial Number (iPad 11 Pro)

I have been trying find a way to look up the serial number of the Apple Folio Keyboard for iPad 11-inch Pro. It is printed into the suede of the keyboard that presses up against the iPad. It is very hard to read.

I have used my phone to take pictures of it, and was able to get 95% of it. The tip was to use really good soft light (no glare). Guess work allowed me to figure out some of the letters that looked smeared, printed on threads that move, etc.

Go to "https://checkcoverage.apple.com/us/en/" and start to type in the numbers and letters until you get a hit. This is pretty helpful, until you find the serial of your keyboard or someone else (due to the fact that you are guessing at some of the letters and numbers)

Other suggestions that I received was to look at the original boxes that the keyboard came in. that would work if I did not recycle them. The same goes for the original receipt, which again recycled once I verified everything was in AppleCare (verified). The only thing that I overlooked was the presence of the keyboard. It does not list Apple Pencils or Keyboards.

I am looking for other methods of retrieving a solid serial number that I can use in support requests. Any one have any other cool, bright, or clever methods?

This email serves as a "here is what I tried, hope it helps" and "Hey Apple! Please fix the manufacturing process of these keyboards where the serial number is printed somewhere other than the suede fabric so it is easier to be read!"

Cheers!
