Transfer Contacts from iPhone 7 to Panasonic Phone using Link to Cell

I am posting this in case someone else had the same problem I experienced.

I followed the Panasonic Link to Cell instructions for Bluetooth transfer and it kept failing.

I then found an old Communities post explaining you need to change a setting on the iPhone.

Settings - Bluetooth select the Panasonic Phone info option, then turn on "Sync Contacts", the contacts were then transferred using the Link to Cell instructions.
