For the past two week my apple watch doesn't say what the weather is IE raining, cloudy, snowing all it says is unhealthy/ Sensitive how to disable so that my watch just shows the weather conditions

It does show air quality. And should see the current weather and future weather. Post a screen shot of what you are seeing.
On the face.. One of my complication is weather and it only shows Unhealthy/ sensitive rather then whats going on outside
You can change it to something else. When you tap it takes you to the same weather app as above. Just scrolling up or down to see more information.
