Changing Y-Axis Values to custom scale (A-Z)

I am looking to change the Y-Axis Value scale from numbers to an alphabetical scale, A-Z.

You can see my chart is using letters A-F (let's say, eventually I do want it to be through Z). In the graph below that you can see that there are only numbers on the Y-Axis, but I want it to be the same as in my chart, alphabetical (such as the text in red to the left of the graph).

See screenshot below.

Charts (graphs) chart numerical values.

Category charts (which appears to be the type of chart you are using above) show the numbers associated with a set of categories.

You can replace a numerical scale (generated by the data) on the Y axis with a text box containing alphabetical labels, but those labels are external to the chart, and have no direct connection with the data.

Can yu provide a more detailed description of what information the chars are intended to display, and of how the alphabetical labels will support this information display?

Rgards,

Barry
