how do I delete game apps from the Chat or game Center

I am trying to get the game apps deleted but I am not able to do it. When I click on edit it goes to my friends list and the games are not listed there.

what got me concerned was a game that I did not realize I had clicked on but was suddenly there. It had suddenly appeared on a page I was on and by mistake I clicked on it. Now there is no getting rid of it. I did block it from further messages but that is all I have done.

Need to be able to remove these apps!!!!
