Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.

This is a user to user support forum. I don't know whether you've been charged incorrectly, or charged for a subscription you've forgotten about, or your account has been hacked, or you're responding to a phishing attack. Work out which it is and take appropriate action.
