Can’t send out emails

Every time I send an email I can’t... something about the server. Then I get this message. (See attached). Any ideas how to fix this?

That is only one limit. There are others described in that Apple Support document, so examine all of them.

Apple is sensitive to misuse of iCloud Mail for sending junk mail or what they deem to be "commercial" or non-personal use and they don't divulge the algorithms they use to determine that. If you have reason to believe you are being unjustifiably or inexplicably prevented from using iCloud Mail, and the problem does not resolve itself automatically, the only way to fix it is to contact Apple Support, here: Contact Support.

Be prepared for them to refer you to the same Apple Support document I already provided and discuss it as though you don't already know. You'll need to be patient.

I think I know what happened. Prior to this issue of not being able to send emails, I set a rule in my Mac mail. I accidentally set the rule to APPLY TO ALL messages in my Inbox, which automatically sent over a thousand messages to recipient. This was my bad and an easy mistake to make.

I set this rule yesterday afternoon. I have since deleted the rule. This morning I woke up and I still cannot send out emails. Does anyone know how long this limit to sending emails lasts?

Is it 24 hours?

12 hours?

From when to when does this limit last?

Thanks to all the geniuses out there!
