Billing Info

iTunes keeps telling me that there was a problem with a previous purchase and to update my billing info. My information hasn't changed and when I "update it" nothing happens. It won't even let me download tv episodes that I have already purchased.


I have no idea what to do as it doesn't seem to acknowledge anything that I do.

Try removing and re-adding your information.

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
