Your phone number comes from the SIM card in the phone. You can't change it. Where did you put the wrong number?
When the IT guy told me to put my info in I put the wrong number in. So there’s no way to go back to the story and get it switched
What did you put the wrong number into? As I said, the phone number of a mobile phone is embedded into the SIM card. There is no right or wrong number. There is just the number programmed into the SIM card. You can change the number by removing the SIM card and getting a replacement from your carrier and have them program the number you want to have if it is available.
