Editing contact

I need to add country code to number ı opened the contact and press the edit. When I touch the number 1 number is delete it happened a lot of time

Open Contacts App. Serch and open your contact for editing. After you tap Edit.

You tap the Phone Number. You will see "I" insertion point as shown in the pic below.

Only then start editing
