I've created a Keynote with lots of animations/transitions that are definitely not available in Powerpoint, such as Magic Move and Dissolve.
How should I export it to preserve these animations, because the venue I'll be presenting at doesn't have Keynote?

The only way to export Keynote with a guaranteed playback of all animations is to create a QuickTime video:
File > Export > Movie
Ask the organisers if you can use your own Mac.
