Seams that over night all my apps was offloaded off my phone... I had a lot of apps and I woke up in morning they was all gone... how do I get them back? Anyone know?

It's impossible for us to say what may have happened. The easiest way to get your phone back to the way it was is to restore it from the last backup you made before it happened.

So sorry but I keep my Capps on because I can't see very well it helps to have my key board on Capps because I feel like I don't strain to see..
By the way I already was in phone with Apple and we wiped phone and restored but still gone...😢
I have been backing up and I have several back ups the thing is the big back up that I can tell my app should be on Was 3-4 weeks ago and Apple wanted me to back up the recent copy that day so we spent several hours backing up checking settings and posted it back and I thought you could but if she posted back that last back up that didn't help me and I'm not a computer wis but seemd to me I should have posted back was the back up of 3 weeks ago when it had all my apps.?
What do u think? but all I know is we just put back less apps then we started with and there’s one that has a big back up that was like 1month ago

Maybe you are not aware, it's very rude to converse using ALL CAPS. It meant you are yelling.
Which would tend to indicate that you did not back it up. You really should be backing it up on a regular basis either to iTunes or iCloud.
