I locked my mac mini with find my mac and i cant enter the pin to unlock it! I can send signals to the os, but the pin entry is not taking keyboard input, pls help!

Have you tried another KB, preferably a wired one?

I saw another discussion about this and there is some sort of recovery partition added when the lock is initiated, I think that partition is the EFI lock.
+1 on Illaass' recommendation to take your Mac mini to the Apple Store.
