charged for free trial of Apple Music

I recently changed my android phone service. With that service I am to get I-Tunes Music free for six months. I just got a message that I have been charged $9.99 for a program that I will get for six months. I hope that this can be investigated and my account be credited. i would appreciate my account be credited.

Apple has a 3 month trial program, so presumably your service provider is arranging the other 3 months. You may need to contact them about how they are arranging payment, or if they are simply doing it by discounting your phone bill by the amount Apple is charging you.

If you really want to ask Apple about this then use the contact information below, but I really would contact your service provider about this special.

There is nothing anybody replying to you here can do for you (Apple is not here), we can only provide advice on ways you can help yourself. I have provided several but it isn't clear if you have tried them both and any results you may have had.
