Regarding Call for hacking

I got a call telling that they are apple technicians and my system is going to be hacked. SO asked me to support.me and I went through that he said me the code and then he access my system. By checking the net stat he said that that foreign addresses established that means someone is trying to hack your computer. So he opened my apple.com and I entered the id and password. He said for installing the apple anti hacking software. He need 2 google play cards worth 100$. I said him that I don't have enough money. He was like if you delay that you will be hacked. I don't know what's wrong with that caller. And I said call me back at tomorrow 7.00 pm.

Is this a spam call/

He accessed my system for 10 minutes. I don't know what he did . I was worried about my system.
