Change your address for what purpose? Apple online store? iTunes store? Apple ID?
For the iTunes & App store go to Settings/iTunes & App Store, tap on Payment Information, log in if asked, and you can see and edit your billing address. Note that it must match exactly the billing address for the credit or debit card used with the account.
