Apple stores have a 14-day return policy.
If you bought it from another store, you need to check with them.

Don't know where you're seeing that. In the US, the return policy is 14 days.
We are not Apple. Your best bet is to take it back to the store where you bought it and ask them.
it says on the apple website that I have to pay 25% restocking fee if it's open box idk what that applies to?
If you bought it from Apple you have 14 days to return it with no fees. If you bought it anywhere else you will have to contact the merchant you bought it from for their return policy.
