I only have my iPhone I have no other devices and my Apple ID keeps telling me somebody is logging in on an other device

If it only happens when you are doing something requiring your Apple ID, there may be nothing wrong. The other town may be where your internet provides connects to the network.

This is an approximate location based on the IP address the device is currently using, rather than the exact location of the device. The location shown might reflect the network you're connected to, and not your physical location.
If you know you’re the person trying to sign in but you don’t recognize the location shown, you can still tap Allow and continue signing in. However, if you ever see a notification that your Apple ID is being used to sign in on a new device and you're not the one signing in, tap Don’t Allow to block the sign in attempt."

You may wish to change your AppleID password. I saw a bunch of those recently when I was signing into iCloud services on a new iPhone and iPads, but since you say you only have the one device it makes me wonder what's going on.

Apple ID pops up with the little map showing me that anther person is logging in with the web in another town
I knw I keep changing my pass word and no sooner then I finish it pops up again saying ther sighning in its redicolous
I hav changed it at least 6 times one after anther I’m gonna try to figure something out it’s noy a very good feeling knowing somebody has my information
