IPhone is disabled connect to itunes it says on screen but also it doesnt conbect to pc what to do?

I have no idea how to update phone cause in that case i dont know my serial number only imei but they ask for both

iPhone 5s, 11

You don't update, you put it in recovery mode see here If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

How to recover if when i go to apple id on computer it asks for serial number but i dont have it, it is not written on phone phisically plus i don't have the box when i bought it. To pc it doesn't connect and phone only thing that allow me to do is to pick up when someone calls and to make an emergency call
